A personalized training, with a NeuroMotrix trainer, in the comfort of your own home! We currently offer private and semi-private training at home in the greater Montreal area.

Free evaluation offered to all new NeuroMotrix customers

Get one of the following 2 options for your free evaluation of $ 120. The 90-minute assessment will assess your physical condition and help you plan your training goals!

  • Option 1: In-studio assessment with a NeuroMotrix kinesiologist. The evaluation will take place at the Centre sportif Ludus (6002 Grandes Prairies Blvd, Montreal, H1P 1A2) according to the availability of our kinesiologists.
  • Option 2: Home Assessment with the purchase of at least one 50-minute physical activity session with a NeuroMotrix kinesiologist at a price of $ 90 (payable the day of the assessment). Valid according to the availability of our kinesiologists and only in the following boroughs:

Entrainement de boxe

Boxing Classes

Olympic boxing training, contactless, suitable for YOUR condition. Learn the techniques of boxing while improving your physical condition: coordination, balance, endurance, etc.

NeuroMotrix and the Centre sportif Ludus offer boxing courses specially designed for people with Parkinson’s disease. The courses are also open to people with other health problems as well as to accompanying persons!

You use boxing gloves, punching bag, speed bags and all takes place in a boxing club.

NeuroMotrix walking Workshops

Find your confidence to walk effectively and safely with the NeuroMotrix walking workshops!

The walking workshop aims to increase your ability to walk alone (with or without technical assistance, depending on the course level). You will be called upon to work some aspects of your mobility in order to improve your balance and coordination. With the exercises offered, you will learn how to walk more effectively in different conditions, indoors and outdoors, and especially to feel confident when you do it!

The workshops, from 8 to 12 weeks, are currently under development and will be offered in partner centers very soon.
