Nordic Walking

This workout aims to improve your walk efficiency. You will learn the Nordic walking technique, a practice that stimulates the upper and lower body. The training includes endurance, speed and coordination exercises that will contribute to a more efficient walk and a better physical condition. With this walking training, your posture and your gait will be greatly improved, which will help prevent falls and make you feel stronger and confident on a daily basis. Neuro Strenght
{This session aims to make you stronger. These strength exercises will help slow down muscle decline associated with aging and sedentarity. The solicitation of different muscle groups will help you maintain your independence by making it easier to accomplish your daily tasks such as getting up from a chair or the toilet, carrying objects and going up and down the stairs. With Neuro Strength, keep independence and move with ease!

- Exercises in a seated and/or a standing position
- Strength exercises performed with a load (rubber band, weights, etc.)
- Exercises for upper body, core and lower body
Prerequisites:
None (possibility of doing all the exercises in a seated position)
