
Nordic Walking
{This workout aims to improve your walk efficiency. You will learn the Nordic walking technique, a practice that stimulates the upper and lower body. The training includes endurance, speed and coordination exercises that will contribute to a more efficient walk and a better physical condition. With this walking training, your posture and your gait will be greatly improved, which will help prevent falls and make you feel stronger and confident on a daily basis. Join the group to walk better, longer and have fun!

- Nordic walking technique
- Walking exercises with walking poles
- Balance, coordination and strength exercises with sticks
Prerequisites:
Being able to walk independently with or without technical assistance
Equipment requirement:
Walking poles (provided, but bring your own if you have them)
