This workout is perfect to improve your coordination, strength and speed. You will learn basic boxing techniques, which stimulate physical and cognitive abilities. Boxing is a great sport for challenging yourself, sweating and raising your body temperature, but also for reducing stress and anxiety. It provides physical and mental health benefits.
