Good flexibility and a greater range of motion are essential for performing many of the daily tasks. Think of when you bend over to pick something up, take a sweater off or turn to reach for something, more flexibility can only help. Neuro Flexibility is THE moment you will look forward every week, your body will thank you!

  • Passive and dynamic stretching
  • High amplitude exercises
  • Breathing exercises
  • Poses inspired by yoga

None (possibility of doing all the exercises in a seated position)

This session is ideal for breaking the vicious circle of a sedentary lifestyle and to gradually introduce physical activity into your daily habits. Its cardiovascular component allows you to enjoy the benefits of exercise on your physical, mental and cognitive health, while respecting your limitations. It allows you to move your entire body without overloading your legs and back. Try it, you will see how much you can move even while sitting!
